I have regionals practice today, and my team’s session ended on January 30. I haven’t played since then, I can’t go outside and practice like I usually would because there’s snow everywhere.
So what are some good fitness tips for me to get ready for today? Please help!
While you are unable to play/train outdoors, it is important to do some aerobic/anaerobic exercises. These forms of exercise will significantly reduce fatigue and stiffness, which is common when sports men and women take a long or inactive break from their sport. Simple exercises like pressups, squats, starjumps etc will not only help but improve your physical strength and stamina which is very important in football. Of course stretching regularly and before exercises is recommended to avoid injury.

have the ball around your feet ALL the time. When your walking around the house, when your going for a walk outside. It really helps to get your feet use to the ball. Just practice a lot. Practice makes perfect. Even very little things that you think do nothing really help Hope this helps!

Just get a good stretch (30 minutes to an hour) to really get loosen up, and play around with a ball inside.
There’s not much you can do considering it’s today.
