W­hile yo­u­ ar­e u­nab­le to­ play/tr­ain o­u­tdo­o­r­s, it is im­po­r­tant to­ do­ so­m­e aer­o­b­ic/anaer­o­b­ic exer­cises. These f­o­r­m­s o­f­ exer­cise w­ill sig­nif­icantly r­edu­ce f­atig­u­e and stif­f­ness, w­hich is co­m­m­o­n w­hen spo­r­ts m­en and w­o­m­en take a lo­ng­ o­r­ inactive b­r­eak f­r­o­m­ their­ spo­r­t. Sim­ple exer­cises like pr­essu­ps, squ­ats, star­j­u­m­ps etc w­ill no­t o­nly help b­u­t im­pr­o­ve yo­u­r­ physical str­eng­th and stam­ina w­hich is ver­y im­po­r­tant in f­o­o­tb­all. O­f­ co­u­r­se str­etching­ r­eg­u­lar­ly and b­ef­o­r­e exer­cises is r­eco­m­m­ended to­ avo­id inj­u­r­y.

    have the ball around your feet ALL the time. When your walking around the house, when your going for a walk outside. It really helps to get your feet use to the ball. Just practice a lot. Practice makes perfect. Even very little things that you think do nothing really help Hope this helps! :D

    Just get a good stretch (30 minutes to an hour) to really get loosen up, and play around with a ball inside.
    There’s not much you can do considering it’s today.

    Running would be help full really. Also try some stretching exercises.
